Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a team member to support Asset Protection and Inventory Control. This role involves operating a forklift, conducting counts, and collaborating with departments to ensure accurate totals and safe, efficient processes.

You will help maintain club standards, process returns, and support loss prevention while delivering a positive member experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Maintains high standards of safety, service, and sanitation for members and team members.
• Works with speed and accuracy to facilitate organized processes.
• Accurately processes damaged or defective merchandise by following salvage, vendor return, and related procedures.
• Obtains return authorizations from vendors and processes merchandise returns per policy.
• Supports inventory counts and cross-department coordination within deadlines.
