Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in the United States is seeking team members to support Asset Protection and Inventory Control. You will operate a forklift, count inventory, process damaged or returned merchandise, and collaborate with departments to maintain accurate stock and safe store operations.

The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and attention to safety, with opportunities to grow within a values-driven team that serves members and supports company standards on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Maintains high standards of safety, service, and sanitation for members and team members.
• Accurately processes damaged or defective merchandise following salvage, donation, vendor return and related procedures.
• Obtains return authorizations from vendors and handles vendor chargebacks and returns per policy.
• Coordinates with departments to track and execute department inventory counts within deadlines.
• Re-wraps sellable merchandise and keeps the department organized and safe.
