Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a forklift operator to support loading, unloading, pallet handling, and stocking across our club operations. You will inspect equipment, move merchandise, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor while delivering friendly service to Members.

Responsibilities include opening and closing the club, assisting in other departments as needed, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Training and certification are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Forklift operating experience preferred, but not required.
• Must complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and inspect equipment.
• Load and unload merchandise and inspect deliveries.
• Prepare pallets and wrap/label stacks.
• Transport items within the club using a pallet jack.
• Stock and rotate general and food merchandise.
• Greet Members and provide courteous service.
• Open/close the club and assist in other duties.
