Job summary

Premium Guard, Inc. is seeking an evening shift Inventory Control Associate to verify product and inventory levels in our facility. You will count items, use handheld scanners and tablets, and report discrepancies to the Team Leader.

The role requires attention to detail, math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; forklift/Cherry Picker experience is a plus. Evening shift hours 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse/inventory counting required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate mobile equipment.

Responsibilities

• Verify product and inventory levels in the facility.
• Count product and report inventory via scanners and tablets.
• Record quantities and discrepancies to team lead.
• Operate Cherry Picker and other equipment safely.

Our supply chain network now branches across the Pacific and into North America.Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:This position assists in the accurate verification of product and inventory levels within the facility. Duties include the counting of product and reporting of inventory within the warehouse.Key Responsibilities:Follow safety guidelines of the Inventory Control department and general warehouse standardsOperate mobile equipment per safety guidelines and requirementsUse of electronic devices such as handheld scanners, tablets, and computersAccurate counting of product in forms of individual, carton, or pallet quantitiesProper recording and documenting of product quantitiesReporting of any discrepancies (shortage/overage) to the Team Leader or ADMInvestigate causes for any discrepanciesRecommend possible countermeasures for root cause of discrepanciesExperience on Cherry PickerOther duties as assignedBackground Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent is preferredStrong math skillsPrior warehouse experience preferredAbility to frequently lift up to 50 lbsCertification or ability to be certified in mobile equipment (fork-truck, stand up fork-truck, etc)Computer skills: MS Excel and WordAttention to detail of alpha and numerical dataTime management and ability to work independentlyTHIS IS FOR EVENING SHIFT 3:30PM - 12:00AM.
