Premium Guard, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator for the evening shift to handle the timely processing of outgoing LTL shipments. Responsibilities include scheduling with carriers, generating packing and shipping documents, and confirming deliveries with customers.

The role requires accurate handling of order details and a commitment to warehouse accuracy. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in warehouse distribution, be proficient in MS Excel and Word, and able to communicate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1–2 years in warehouse distribution preferred.
• Must be able to speak, write and understand English.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS Word required.

Responsibilities

• Ship customer orders on the required ship date.
• Schedule shipments with specified truck carriers.
• Generate packing/shipping documents for orders.
• Audit shipment quantities for accuracy.
• Confirm delivery with customers and resolve issues with carriers.
• Maintain organized storage of shipping documents and supplies.

Our supply chain network encompasses now branches across the Pacific and into South America.This Shipping Coordinator is responsible for the timely processing of all outgoing shipments (LTL) in accordance with company operational and quality procedures.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Shipping all customer orders by the required ship dateConfirming all product orders meet customer requirementsScheduling all shipments via specified truck carriersResearch and utilize most economical delivery optionsGenerate applicable packing/shipping documentsAudit shipment quantity for accuracyConfirm delivery of shipments with customerResolve any lost or mis-directed shipments via carrier and customerMaintain proper storage of shipping documentsMaintaining warehouse supplies related to shipping function in an organized mannerOther duties as assignedESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma/GED or one to two years’ experience in warehouse distribution.Be able to speak, write and understand English.Experience in MS Excel and MS Word requiredAttention to detail with alpha and numerical dataKnowledge of key corporate business systems requiredEVENING SHIFT, 3:30PM-12AM, OVERTIME AVAILABLE.
