Job summary

Premium Guard, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Auditor to join our warehouse operations on an evening shift (3:30pm - 12:00am). The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy of outbound shipments, verifying customer requirements, and maintaining precise inventory records in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be proficient in Excel and comfortable using WMS, UPS/FedEx shipping software, and other workplace tools. Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

Our supply chain network now branches across the Pacific and into North America.Position Overview :Our rapidly growing business is seeking an accuracy driven Auditor. We are seeking a true team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and continue to stay focused and precise when reviewing customer orders.Main ResponsibilitiesVerify accuracy of outbound shipments.Verification of customer requirements and alignment.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement.Ability to apply best practices while competing tasks.Ability to navigate computer WMS software - Application and HTML tablet.Ability to utilize Excel.Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions, training aids.Navigate customer internet application.Navigate UPS/FedEx Ship Software.Order prioritization by ship dates.Required to stand, lift and move (up to 50 pounds), and use hands for 8 hours.All other duties, as assigned.Job QualificationsAbility to handle and prioritize multiple activities.Proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint with emphasis in Excel.Ability to stoop, stand, crawl as necessary to preform inventory tasks.Ability to repetitively lift 30 pounds for inventory, audit, and stack pattern processes.Ability to stand and walk continuously in a warehouse environment.Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.Other duties and projects assigned, as needed.Ability to work overtime, as needed.This is an evening shift, 3:30pm - 12:00am. Overtime is required.
