Job summary

Taher is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory accuracy and operational excellence at our 3PL partner facility in Mendota Heights, MN. You will manage cycle counts, track shipments, and maintain ERP data with high accuracy, collaborating with logistics partners daily.

The role requires independent work, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure inventory integrity and timely reporting for the Supply Chain team.

Qualifications

• Experience using ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within company systems.
• Ensure inventory balances accurately reflect physical stock levels.
• Track and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and receiving documentation.
• Monitor outbound shipments to ensure accurate fulfillment and documentation.
• Reconcile shipment records with inventory transactions.
