Job summary

Taher is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory accuracy at our 3PL partner facility in Mendota Heights, MN. This role ensures inbound/outbound shipments are tracked, records are current, and ERP data is accurate.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, able to work independently, and possess strong analytical skills. Daily tasks include inventory cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, reporting, and continuous improvement of inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/MRP or inventory management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Track inbound/outbound shipments against POs and docs.
• Enter and maintain inventory data in ERP/MRP systems and review transactions.
• Communicate with 3PL partners and coordinate inquiries/resolutions.
• Generate inventory reports and identify trends for process improvement.
