Job summary

Condux International Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Minnesota to maintain accurate inventory records and support material flow.

You will handle purchase orders, lead times, vendor communications, and daily data entry in ERP systems, while collaborating with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Receiving, Shipping, and Finance to ensure on-time production and shipments. The role requires 2+ years in inventory control or related fields, proficiency in Excel, and strong

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, materials management, or supply chain functions.
• Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain purchase orders and confirmations accurately in the ERP/purchasing system.
• Monitor and follow up vendor acknowledgments to obtain updated ship/delivery dates.
• Update due dates, lead times, and delivery schedules; communicate changes to Planning and Production.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable on three-way match exceptions with documentation.
• Assist with periodic audits of pricing, lead times, and open-PO cleanup; support administrative tasks.
