Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking an inventory control specialist to audit, track, and reconcile food product inventories in accordance with company procedures. You will enter data in MMS, review invoices for pricing accuracy, support purchasing, and perform month-end counts while maintaining accuracy and security of inventory in a fast-paced resort environment.

This role requires a High School diploma and 4+ years in inventory control; experience with MMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years’ experience in inventory control or related field.
• Must be highly numbers-oriented and proficient with MMS software.
• Able to use 10-key and work weekends/varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members and provides excellent customer service.
• Audits and tracks all incoming inventoried products.
• Oversees daily transfers of inventory between venues.
• Audits and tracks all outgoing inventoried products.
• Enters inventory data in MMS and ensures accuracy.
• Reviews invoices for cost accuracy for all incoming food products.
• Assists purchasing with ensuring proper pricing and adjustments.
• Creates new items as necessary at the request of purchasing.
• Investigates invoices and inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintains accuracy of MMS items and makes adjustments.
• Ensures quality of inventoried items.
• Performs month-end inventory counts.
