Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking an inventory control specialist to audit, track, and reconcile food product inventories in accordance with company procedures. You will enter data in MMS, review invoices for pricing accuracy, support purchasing, and perform month-end counts while maintaining accuracy and security of inventory in a fast-paced resort environment.
This role requires a High School diploma and 4+ years in inventory control; experience with MMS is preferred.

SUMMARY:
Responsible for auditing and tracking the physical inventory of food products and assisting with the inventory control process in accordance with Company procedures and guidelines.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED required. 4+ years’ experience in inventory control or related field experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The Employee is regularly exposed to risk of radiation (from computers), as a great deal of the workday is spent working on inputting data into the computer system.
The noise level in the work environment can vary from moderate to very loud when on the Casino Floor or in the Warehousing Operations. When on the casino floor, Team Member will be exposed to a smoke-filled environment.
