Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino in Coarsegold, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to audit and track the physical inventory of food products and support the inventory control process. You will enter data in MMS, review invoices for cost accuracy, assist purchasing with pricing and adjustments, and maintain par levels while ensuring accuracy and timely counts.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily transfers between venues, performing monthly counts, and ensuring consistent stock

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years' experience in inventory control or related field.
• Must be numbers-oriented and computer-literate; MMS experience preferred.
