Job summary

Revelyst in Stockton, California, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain cycle counts, record results, and resolve variances with inventory analysts. The role also supports picking, replenishment, and consolidation within a fast-paced warehouse.

You will verify counts, manage mispicks, and ensure accuracy while adhering to safety procedures and productivity targets. Strong data-entry skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for business and safety.
• High school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of related experience.
• 2+ years Inventory Control/Cycle Count experience a plus.
• Math, reading, and voice comprehension are necessary.
• Previous knowledge of RF equipment a plus.
• Ability to operate a hand truck, pallet jack or other material moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and 30/60/90-day counts.
• Verify and store daily mispicks and vendor carton locations.
• Consolidate items across multiple pick locations.
• Assist with allocation and replenishment of inventory.
• Operate voice headsets and follow safety procedures.
