Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Coordinator, Inventory Control to manage production orders, transfers and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will execute SAP transactions, perform cycle counts, and support destruction and disposition of materials while collaborating with Operations and Materials Warehouse to ensure on-time product fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years’ warehousing experience.
• 1–2 years’ SAP or WMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute production orders and inventory transfers.
• Lead contact between Operations and Materials Warehouse with timely updates.
• Conduct SAP inventory transactions including cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Resolve inventory issues to ensure customer service objectives are met.
• Assist with damaged inventory control and disposition of materials.
• Coordinate pallet preparation for destruction and arrange third‑party pickup.
• Provide back-up coverage for Inventory Specialist and Logistics Technicians.
