Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Logistics Technician to manage receipt, storage, processing, and shipping of materials in support of production.

You will work under supervision with Team Leaders to ensure accurate documentation and safe, efficient distribution. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving, and coordinating carrier pickups; maintaining records and updating SAP; and contributing to a clean, compliant warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a warehouse and/or distribution environment preferred.
• OSHA industrial truck certification preferred.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors, etc.).
• Familiarity with MS Office and SAP or equivalent systems preferred.
• Reliable transportation for multi-site facilities.
• Ability to learn DP/SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Strong reading comprehension to follow procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Data-entry and RF transaction proficiency.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Adaptability to changing daily tasks.
• Maintain accurate hard-copy and electronic records.
• Team involvement and collaboration.
• Ability to follow management directions.
• Attention to safety, quality and customer requirements.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Lift up to 50 lb occasionally; 35 lb overhead; stand 6-7 hours; push/pull 65 lb.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, store, process, and ship materials.
• Update SAP and document discrepancies.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain housekeeping and stocking levels.
• Perform inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Prepare documentation for shipments and exports.
• Participate in training programs (DPs/SOPs).
• Support multiple sites and adapt to changing schedules.
