Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks an Inventory Clerk to ensure that all inventory adjustments are reconciled to maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy in our Carteret, NJ distribution center. You will conduct cycle counts and record adjustments in SAP and Catalyst when needed.

This full-time role requires a High School diploma, 2 years of inventory experience, and SAP/Excel skills. You will communicate with warehouse staff, operate MHE as required, and handle physical duties such as lifting

Qualifications

• 2 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Experience with SAP inventory transactions and warehouse management systems.
• Proficient with Excel including SUM, sorting, and formatting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts
• Reconciles discrepancies as needed. Performs adjustments in Catalyst and or SAP to correct financial errors under $500.
• Effectively communicate with warehouse team members and operations management to resolve discrepancies
• Operate MHE as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
