You will count stock, verify data, and prepare cycle counts while ensuring shrink is controlled and safety protocols are followed. Requires strong math, communication, and Microsoft Office skills; multi-temperature work is routine.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year inventory experience in warehouse.
• Strong math and accurate information communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate computer skills.
• Able to lift 10-35 lb and up to 60-90 lb depending on location; multi-temperature work environments; drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Count material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock.
• Post inventory records and compare to office records.
• Verify calculations and adjust discrepancies.
• Prepare reports like inventory balances and weekly cycle counts.
• Maintain shrink at or below company standard.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
