Job summary

PFG Customized Distribution is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to monitor inventory accuracy and maintain material records in a warehouse setting. You will compile quantities, types, and values of inventory while supporting safe, efficient distribution.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, and reporting on inventory balances. Must be able to work 7am start times and handle lifting in a multi-temperature environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of inventory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to communicate information accurately and apply strong math skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and intermediate general computer skills.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during shift, with weights up to 60–90 lbs depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts inventory records.
• Compares inventories to office records or computed figures.
• Verifies computations against physical counts and investigates discrepancies.
• Maintains records of receipts or disbursements of materials and supplies.
• Monitors inventory rotations and makes recommendations as needed.
• Prepares inventory reports and weekly cycle counts.
