Performance Foodservice in Rock Island, IL is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse flow. You will monitor quantities, post records, and investigate discrepancies while supporting operations across multi-temperature environments.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year inventory experience, strong math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year inventory experience in a warehouse.
• Strong math and accurate information communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate computer skills.
• Must be able to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts total inventory records.
• Compares inventories to office records or computing figures from records.
• Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors.
• Compiles receipts or disbursements of materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.
• Monitors inventory rotations and makes recommendations as needed.
• Prepares reports such as inventory balances, weekly cycle counts, and production breakdowns.
• Reviews and investigates daily reports.
• Maintains shrink at or below company standard.
• Handles salvaged product.
• Ensures accurate counts of eaches versus cases.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
