Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator to monitor and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will count stock, reconcile records, and ensure integrity across multi-temperature facilities.

Typical shifts are 5am–1:30pm, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for overtime and career growth. Strong math, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse experience in inventory.
• Ability to communicate information accurately and apply strong math skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and intermediate general computer skills.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts inventory records.
• Compares inventories to office records or computing figures from records.
• Verifies clerical computations and investigates discrepancies.
• Compiles receipts or disbursements of materials and supplies.
• Monitors inventory rotations and makes recommendations as needed.
• Prepares reports such as inventory balances and weekly cycle counts.
• Reviews and investigates daily reports and maintains shrink at or below standard.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
