Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring an Inventory Coordinator in San Diego, CA. This full-time role supports inventory accuracy, processes invoices, and coordinates material requests and order inquiries. You will monitor shipments, assist with end-of-period inventory accounting, and help resolve billing discrepancies for Operations.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and about 2 years in inventory control. Eligible for standard company benefits and growth opportunities.

Job Overview

Inventory Coordinator

The Inventory Clerk checks inventory figures, postings and documents to ensure accuracy. Invoices customers, handles follow-up questions from customers and resolves any discrepancies for our facility.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday
• 2:00am - finished on count days
• 5:00am - finished on non-count days
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required

Position Responsibilities

• Invoice customers, handle follow-up questions from customers and resolve any discrepancies.
• Compile requests for materials, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies and handle inquiries about orders.
• Track all incoming and out going shipments of goods transferred between Vendors, businesses and customers.
• Handle period ending inventory accounting duties to resolve billing issues related to items purchased for Operations.

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $26.00 per hour.
