Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Dallas, TX. The role covers shipping, receiving, returns, carrier relations, order management, and customer service, with emphasis on prompt, accurate handling of finished goods and raw materials orders.

You will work Monday–Friday, 12:30pm–9:00pm, with overtime as needed, and you’ll support the team by coordinating drivers, processing documents, and maintaining safety and efficiency across the处 department.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1 year logistics, or shipping and receiving experience.
  • 1 year working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • 1 year experience with an automated warehouse management system such as SAP, Oracle, or Manugistics.

Responsibilities

  • Check in and out truck drivers in a timely manner using Carrier Point (logistics software used by Ryder).
  • Accurately handle all transactions which in many cases are legal documents.
  • Assign drivers to doors to be loaded and unloaded.
  • Assign material handlers to load the trucks.
  • Complete the bill of ladings for drivers and get the proper signatures.
  • Maintain the office areas including filing and cleaning duties as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety codes and company policies, OSHA standards.
  • Execute new approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the department.

Shift and Schedule
  • Monday- Friday
  • 12:30pm to 9:00pm
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed is required
Position Responsibilities

Total Rewards
  • $20-$24 per hour
