Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Inventory Clerk in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role involves verifying inventory figures, postings and documents to ensure accuracy, invoicing customers, and resolving discrepancies for our facility.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:00AM start, with overtime and weekend flexibility as needed. Pay begins at $19.57/hour and increases to $20.60/hour after six months, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, 401k, tuition reimbursement and mileage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years experience in inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Invoice customers, handle follow-up questions and resolve discrepancies.
• Compile requests for materials, prepare purchase orders, track purchases and inquiries about orders.
• Track all incoming and outgoing shipments between vendors, businesses and customers.
• Handle period ending inventory accounting duties to resolve billing issues.

Job Overview

Shift and Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6:00AM - finished. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required.

Position Responsibilities

• Invoice customers, handle follow-up questions from customers and resolve any discrepancies.
• Compile requests for materials, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies and handle inquiries about orders.
• Track all incoming and outgoing shipments of goods transferred between vendors, businesses and customers.
• Handle period ending inventory accounting duties to resolve billing issues related to items purchased for operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
• 2 years experience in inventory control.

Total Rewards

Pay starting at $19.57 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $20.60 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.
