Job summary

Advent Talent Group is seeking an Inventory Logistics Coordinator for a growing luxury consumer goods company in Minneapolis. This contract role requires coordinating inventory transfers across multi-site centers with 3PL partners and internal teams.

You will schedule outbound shipments, monitor end-to-end movement, and resolve delays while maintaining accuracy and timely delivery. Hybrid work in Minneapolis supports collaboration and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, or inventory coordination.
• Hands-on experience with 3PL providers, carriers, or warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail with inventory accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and ERP/inventory systems.
• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.

Advent Talent Group is seeking an Inventory Logistics Coordinator for a growing luxury consumer goods company. This role manages inventory movement across a multi-site network, ensuring timely, accurate transfers while partnering with inventory, logistics, and 3PL teams to drive efficiency, visibility, and on-time fulfillment.

Overview

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

Schedule: MondayFriday, 30-40/hours weekly

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation: $29-31/hour

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory transfers across multiple distribution centers and 3PL partners
• Schedule and manage outbound shipments based on inventory priorities and business needs
• Communicate shipment details, timelines, and expectations with carriers and warehouse teams
• Monitor shipments end-to-end, proactively resolving delays or service issues
• Track transfer orders and ensure accurate, timely delivery and receipt of goods
• Reconcile inbound shipments and investigate discrepancies in quantities or documentation
• Maintain visibility into in-transit inventory and support process improvements across logistics operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory coordination, or a related function
• Hands-on experience working with 3PL providers, carriers, or warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on inventory accuracy and data integrity
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and experience with ERP or inventory systems
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify issues and drive resolution
