Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Receiving Associate for our NC operations. The role involves pulling materials based on BOM, validating packing lists against POs, and maintaining stock levels. You will assist with unloading trucks and performing periodic inventory while keeping the supply area orderly.

The position requires 3+ years of receiving experience, ability to read and comprehend English, and the physical capacity to lift up to 100 lbs. Weekend/overtime availability is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Ensure material received is accurately counted and documented noting any discrepancies and to deliver material to the appropriate department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pull materials based on BOM Pick List for production.

• Complete Purchase Order Requisition for Production Materials, maintaining accurate stock levels of supplies.

• Verify incoming Supply parts, matching packing lists with purchase orders.

• Assist with unloading trucks and moving materials to the correct location.

• Assist with periodic Physical Inventory.

• Keep Supply cage neat and organized.

• Other duties as assigned by the Inventory Control Specialist or Receiving Supervisor.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Heated and cooled furniture manufacturing plant with concrete floors.

QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

3+ years receiving experience.
