Funko in Buckeye, AZ is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to own end-to-end inventory processes across inbound, outbound, and returns. You will lead a team, implement site processes, and drive analytics to improve cost and performance for a fast-growing distribution operation.

The role requires strong Lean/CI experience, 2+ years managing inventory teams, and hands-on leadership on a floor-based operation. Excellent Excel skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Min. 2+ years managing Inventory Control teams.
• Strong background in consumer products distribution in an omni-channel building.
• Proven Continuous Improvement or Lean methodologies experience.
• Problem solving and root cause analysis with data-driven path forward.
• Flexible mindset; role is 50% office and 50% on the floor.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop on-site strategy for inventory management processes.
• Manage or create quality controls for inbound, outbound, and returns flows.
• Ensure inventory transactions are accurate in the system.
• Oversee quality control to ensure on-time, damage-free materials.
• Lead analytics, dashboards, and monthly performance reviews for leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and goal attainment across the operation.
• Lead Inventory and Quality projects and mentor leadership team.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners supporting DC operations.
