Job summary

Funko is seeking an Inventory Control Manager based in Buckeye, AZ to own the end-to-end inventory processes. The role combines on-site leadership with hands-on floor work, requiring a proactive, data-driven approach and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will drive quality controls, improve processes, and lead analytics and cost/performance reviews for senior leadership. A start-up mindset with flexibility to work 7 days/week is valued.

Qualifications

• Min. 2+ years of experience managing Inventory Control Teams.
• Strong background in consumer products distribution in an omni-channel building.
• Proven Continuous Improvement or Lean methodologies experience.
• Problem solving and root cause analysis with data-driven path forward.
• Flexibility to oversee a 7 day week Inventory Control operation, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated Excel and data analysis skills are required.
• Self-starter with ability to drive results with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop on-site strategy for implementing site processes to optimize inventory management.
• Manage or create quality controls for inbound, outbound, and returns material flows.
• Ensure inventory transactions within the system are carried out properly and accurately.
• Oversee quality control practices to ensure on-time and damage-free materials.
• Act as key driver of analytics, scorecards, and monthly performance reviews for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and goal attainment.
• Lead Inventory and Quality projects.
• Mentor Inventory Control leadership team.
