Job summary

Funko is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound/outbound product flow, receiving and dock operations, and cross-warehouse transfers in Buckeye, AZ. The role supports dispatch and logistics and requires a safety-first mindset and leadership on the 3rd shift (Fri-Sun, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM).

The incumbent will supervise a team, coordinate daily goals, perform cycle counts and ensure accurate stock levels using Microsoft Dynamics NAV, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and safety in

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse environment with at least 1 year of supervisory leadership.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehousing procedures.
• Ability to adapt to change and have a sense of urgency for all matters.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects at one time.
• Ability to interact confidently with all levels of Management.

Responsibilities

• Identify safety issues and concerns and address and/or communicate to management team.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics NAV to receive Transfer Orders and verify quantities.
• Set up teams to accomplish daily goals; train and motivate team members; conduct cycle counts of inbound freight and check inbound freight for damages; ensure daily metrics are met.
• Work well under pressure and time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of supervised work area and the safe working environment of the facility.
• Prioritize work and demonstrate effective time management; maintain flexibility.
