Los Angeles Regional Food Bank is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to support quality assurance, product verification, and order processing. You will enter agency orders, prepare invoices in Navision, and ensure accurate stock data within the warehouse management system.

The role emphasizes teamwork, data accuracy, and strong communication. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with a positive, service-oriented approach to office and warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in inventory control or warehouse admin.
• Strong data entry, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Spanish language skills a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to work with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with math aptitude.

Responsabilités

• Assist with quality assurance and product counts.
• Verify codes and nutritional content.
• Enter agency orders and prepare invoices in Navision.
• Print and issue agency orders and allocate products.
• Maintain inventory data in the WMS.
• Support IC supervisor with inventory counts and training.
• Provide responsive customer service at IOC desk.
• Collaborate with staff across departments.
