Job summary

The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank is hiring a Quality Control (QC) Order Clerk (Dry) in City of Industry, CA. You will input data, check order accuracy, and support transfers between facilities while maintaining cycle counts and inventory records.

The role requires strong Excel and Google Suite skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits and a mission-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; Excel knowledge mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Clear communication with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work in freezer/cooler environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Order Accuracy & Quality in the warehouse.
• Spot-check orders and verify CSFP orders for accuracy.
• Coordinate daily cycle counting with Inventory Control staff.
• Input data into spreadsheets and maintain quality control records.
• Support transfers between facilities and timely warehouse operations.
• Communicate issues to supervisor for timely resolution.
