Job summary

Los Angeles Regional Food Bank is seeking a Full Time IOC Receiving Clerk in City of Industry, CA. You will verify incoming products against documents, ensure quality, and assign items to correct warehouse facilities. Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential for accurate order processing and inventory control.

The role requires the ability to work in a freezer/cooler/dry environment and collaborate across departments to support timely receiving and distribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in quality control in warehouse/distribution preferred.
• 2-3 years in a receiving warehouse environment with at least 1 year as Inventory Control Clerk.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in data entry and common software applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a responsive customer service liaison with all registered agencies for accurate order placement.
• Handle calls and provide agency information, coordinate delivery or pick-up dates, and assist IOC desk staff.
• Process agency orders and prepare accurate invoices using Navision.
• Verify receiving documents for accuracy and integrity to support receiving operations.
