Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to verify and compare information on shipments with bills of lading and orders.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain neat paper and electronic records.
• Ability to communicate effectively with plant staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and orders.
• Print pick lists and BOLs; ensure FEFO accuracy and update inventory in the system.
• Maintain organized records and SOP/GMP compliance; support cycle counts and safety training.
• Cross-train in multiple office areas to maintain efficiency and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Promote a safe work environment and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Prepare paperwork for scanning into ERP (D365) after processing.
