Job summary

MONOGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC is seeking an experienced full-time Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Bristol, IN. The role focuses on verifying bills of lading and orders, preparing pick lists with Excel, and maintaining accurate paperwork and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities include scheduling receiving, processing inbound/outbound documents, and cross-training to support a safe, efficient operation that adheres to GMPs. Forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience verifying bills of lading and packing lists.
• Proficient in Excel for printing pick lists.
• Ability to maintain accurate paperwork and SOP compliance.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Verify information against bills of lading, orders, or other records.
• Schedule receiving appointments.
• Inspect incoming paperwork for required data (I.E. code dates, mfg dates, etc.).
• Print shipping pick lists using Excel sheets and verify FEFO inventory.
• Route paperwork to department personnel.
• Ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound paperwork before data entry.
• Print BOLs for outbound shipments with seal number and signature.
• Maintain organized load paperwork for scanning in D365.
• Maintain shipping and receiving compliance logs.
• Cross-train in all office areas to improve efficiency.
• Promote a safe work environment through training.
• Follow GMPs and SOPs.
