Job summary

Manpower Las Vegas is seeking an Inventory Clerk for a high-volume fulfillment warehouse. You will perform cycle counts, use RF scanners, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, and accounting of merchandise.

The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, and can learn warehouse inventory systems using basic computer tools. Teamwork and independent work are both valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory warehouse fulfillment receiving or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience using an RF scanner or handheld warehouse device preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle numbers and product information.
• Ability to identify and investigate inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts to verify accuracy.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to locate, scan, move and verify merchandise.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies including quantity, location and SKU issues.
• Verify merchandise quantities, item numbers, product locations and inventory status.
• Assist with receiving and put-away activities to ensure proper storage.
• Monitor inventory movements and ensure transactions are entered correctly.
• Investigate missing, damaged, misplaced or excess merchandise and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation related to inventory activity.
• Support transfers, replenishment and other inventory-related transactions as needed.
• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and warehouse departments.

Inventory Clerk – Fulfillment Warehouse

7am-330pm Mon-Fri

Position Summary

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily warehouse operations at a high-volume fulfillment facility. This position will perform inventory counts research discrepancies update inventory information and ensure merchandise is accurately received stored picked and accounted for throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and able to use RF scanners and computer systems to accurately track inventory.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts physical inventory counts and location audits to verify inventory accuracy.
• Use RF scanners handheld devices and warehouse management systems (WMS) to locate scan move and verify merchandise.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies including quantity location SKU and system variances.
• Verify merchandise quantities item numbers product locations and inventory status.
• Assist with receiving and put-away activities to ensure merchandise is properly identified and stored.
• Monitor inventory movements and ensure transactions are accurately entered into the warehouse system.
• Investigate missing damaged misplaced or excess merchandise and report discrepancies to Inventory Control leadership.
• Maintain accurate records reports and documentation related to inventory activity.
• Assist with transfers replenishment returns and other inventory-related transactions as needed.
• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and appropriate warehouse departments.
• Follow established procedures for inventory control security safety and merchandise handling.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned.
