Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to maintain inbound/outbound records, verify shipments against invoices, and generate reports from the Warehouse Management System. You will perform data entry, scheduling, filing, and coordinate pickups with internal and external customers, upholding safety and accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year in a warehouse/clerical setting, and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of data processing experience in a distribution center.
• At least 1 year of warehouse/clerical experience using standard practices.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry within the assigned area.
• Coordinate and schedule pickups.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
• Generate labels for daily production orders.
• Track monthly rack audits in Maintenance Connection.
• Assist Operations Analyst with custom reports from the Warehouse Management System.
• Conduct inventory adjustment audits.
• Support other duties as needed.
• Analyze workload and communicate with departments and carriers.
