Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Clerk for Bristol, IN to verify and record all incoming and outgoing shipments on a daily basis. The role requires careful attention to detail, data accuracy, and strong organization to manage records and paperwork across receiving and shipping processes.

The position involves using Excel for picking lists, ensuring FEFO accuracy, coordinating with multiple departments, and maintaining SOPs while supporting a safe and efficient warehouse

Responsibilities

• Compares information and counts and weights against shipments to verify against records.
• Schedules receiving appointments and ensures paperwork accuracy.
• Examines receiving paperwork for required information (codes, dates).
• Prints shipping pick lists in Excel and verifies inventory in the system for FEFO accuracy.
• Routes paperwork to department personnel and ensures completion of all required documentation.
• Double checks inbound and outbound paperwork before entering data into the system; includes load paperwork and seals.
