Job summary

Watchfire is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse and ERP transactions. The role supports material management through cycle counting, transaction review, shipment coordination, and work order release.

Reporting to the Materials Supervisor, you will work onsite in Houston and collaborate with Materials, Production, Procurement, and Shipping teams to ensure materials flow efficiently and records are precise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years inventory control, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience working within an ERP system preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Investigate variances and resolve root causes with relevant departments.
• Maintain ERP system integrity through accurate transaction processing.
• Review inventory transactions for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor inventory movements and document receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
• Coordinate LTL shipments and shipping documentation.
