Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years inventory systems experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot), and Outlook.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift certification required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, receipts, audits, and reconciliation.
• Oversee product identification and location program.
• Assist with RMAs from outside districts.
• Reconcile picking or transfer errors.
• Ensure labeling requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Coordinate across departments to improve inventory accuracy.
• Perform warehouse tasks as needed.
• Record issues related to product, processes, or quality.
• Suggest solutions through proper channels.
