Qualifications

• 2+ years experience supply chain, logistics or accounting preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and inventory data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to travel to hospitals and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inventory site audits monthly at sales agent locations.
• Coordinate and conduct physical inventory counts across territories (sales reps, hospitals, agents).
• Complete audit discrepancy analysis and report results to sales partners and managers.
• Ensure reconciliation adjustments meet variance thresholds and follow inventory loss policy.
• Execute SAP reconciliations and update records with Agent Inventory team and Finance.
• Collaborate with Audit team to schedule audits and maintain controls and traceability.
• Provide routine count status and activity reports.
