FFF Enterprises is seeking an Inventory Control Associate in Flower Mound, TX to help maintain perpetual inventory accuracy in the ERP system and perform daily cycle counts within distribution centers.

You will analyze customer shipping issues, assist with returns, handle inventory variances, and verify serial numbers, working closely with warehouse teams to ensure on-time, accurate transactions. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with automated perpetual inventory systems and ERP impact.
• At least 1 year of warehouse operations experience (receiving, inventory control, shipping).

Mansioni

• Assist in maintaining accuracy of perpetual inventory in ERP within distribution centers.
• Perform daily cycle counts through the ERP system.
• Research and analyze customer shipping issues with data gathering for root causes and corrective actions.
• Process customer returns and prepare destruction of rejected material.
• Assist with manufacturer returns documentation and processing.
• Analyze inventory variances with data gathering for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Assist with serial number verification for customer and inventory issues.
• Unloading, staging, and processing inbound receipts to ensure ERP accuracy against POs using equipment as needed.
• Staging, processing, and loading outbound shipments using equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and promote safety per OSHA standards.
• Follow ERP procedures related to transactions; maintain storage distribution records when applicable.
• Strive to improve processes and service quality for internal and external customers.
