Job summary

Arvato Bertelsmann is seeking an Inventory Analyst at its Kentucky location to maintain cycle count records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accuracy across SAP systems. You will drive daily inventory reporting, support audits, and implement improvements in inventory control processes.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in a warehouse setting, and Excel proficiency. SAP/WMS experience and material handling equipment familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SAP or other Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
• 2+ years in a warehouse environment; experience operating material handling equipment (Reach truck, Cherry Picker) preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Inventory control documentation, including creating and reviewing procedures.
• Previous inventory administrator experience within a 3PL environment.
• Proactively report ethics and compliance violations per company process.
• Process personal data per contracts and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cycle count records and customer report files from multiple SAP systems.
• Handle special projects and daily activities related to client requests; communicate with Inventory Control Manager, Supervisor, and Cycle Counters.
• Support continuous improvement of Inventory Control and provide guidance on inventory issues; prepare daily/weekly reporting and documentation.
• Maintain inventory integrity, resolve variances, coordinate transactions across systems, monitor inbound/outbound components, and complete audit documentation.
