Job summary

Arvato, a leading global 3PL provider, seeks an Inventory Analyst in Las Vegas, NV. You will maintain cycle counts, generate reports, and coordinate with the Inventory Control Manager and other teams to ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, SAP or WMS experience, 2+ years in a warehouse, and strong Excel skills. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SAP or other WMS experience.
• 2+ years in a warehouse environment with material handling equipment preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel required.
• Inventory control documentation and procedure development.
• Experience in a 3PL environment.
• Report ethics/compliance issues per company policy.
• Process data in line with customer contracts and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cycle count records and customer report files from multiple SAP systems.
• Handle projects and daily activities with the Inventory Control Manager and team.
• Improve Inventory Control disciplines and provide daily/weekly reporting and documentation.
• Maintain inventory integrity, resolve variances, monitor transactions, and complete audits.
