Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control processes to meet business plan objectives.
• Data entry into systems and coordination with managers to maintain stock levels.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies, manage interdepartmental transfers, and reconcile records.
• Code supplier invoices and credits from vendors.
• Assist in reducing inventory via dealer parts sharing programs and supplier returns.
• Review KPIs with Product Support Team and Parts Managers in Montana.
• Manage multiple platforms for stocking and claims processing while meeting supplier metrics.
