You will monitor stock levels, process orders, assist in supplier sourcing, and produce clear stock and sales reports while maintaining safety and proper shipping/receiving procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience in related field.
• Standby power or generator experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and stock levels in main and service truck warehouses.
• Receive parts stock and special-order parts in a timely manner.
• Guarantee all parts are properly tagged and stored in the appropriate bin location.
• Help manage data analytics on parts stock values, market retail, freight cost, and restock to avoid unnecessary costs.
• Order parts in advance for upcoming jobs.
• Ship parts to remote technicians and customers.
• Provide stock level and sales reports to Management.
• Quote parts items for repairs.
• Field customer phone calls for parts sales.
• Look up parts for account managers and technicians.
• Work with Parts Manager to source new suppliers to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Back up shipping and receiving in unloading trucks and properly receiving shipping documents.
