Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC in Cressona, PA seeks an Inventory Control Analyst to manage daily storeroom inventory, support satellite locations, and drive accurate stock levels through counts and item implementation.

You will perform cycle counts, create Oracle store numbers, analyze discrepancies, optimize storage, and maintain audit records while collaborating with other departments and performing regular 5S activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain a forklift license.
• Strong organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Create store numbers in Oracle as needed to ensure proper tracking.
• Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain correct stock levels.
• Create and optimize store locations to maximize existing storage capacity.
• Review and adjust Min/Max order points to align inventory with current usage trends.
• Collaborate with all departments to identify obsolete and unidentified parts.
• Create and maintain records for audits, adjustments, and additions to store inventory.
• Conduct daily 5S activities and inventory audits in addition to regular cycle counts.
• Provide support to storeroom attendants as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
