Job summary

Hydro is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst in the Stores Attendants department. The role oversees daily inventory management across main storeroom and satellites, introduces new stock items, and performs regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy and optimal stock levels.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, forklift license, and strong organizational skills; Warehouse experience, advanced Excel, Oracle, and MVP CMMS are a plus. This is a permanent, on-site role in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain a forklift license.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Previous Warehouse and Inventory Control Experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; Oracle experience preferred.
• CMMS MVP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Create store numbers in Oracle as needed to ensure proper tracking.
• Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain correct stock levels.
• Create and optimize store locations to maximize existing storage capacity.
• Review and adjust Min/Max order points to align inventory with current usage trends.
• Collaborate with all departments to identify obsolete and unidentified parts.
• Create and maintain records for audits, adjustments, and additions to store inventory.
• Conduct daily 5S activities and inventory audits in addition to regular cycle counts.
• Provide support to storeroom attendants as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
