Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking an Inventory Control Technician to maintain accuracy and integrity of inventory across storage and production locations. You will perform hands-on inventory transactions, cycle counts, and support discrepancy investigations to ensure the system inventory always reflects the physical stock.

The role requires experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), data entry, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory transaction controls.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory transactions in NetSuite, including receipts, transfers, issues, and adjustments.
• Execute cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and support continuous improvement.
• Manage material movements between receiving, storage, and production areas.
• Source and purchase consumables to prevent production disruptions.
• Enter accurate item and location data in ERP and maintain master data accuracy.
• Operate forklifts if certified and follow safety procedures.
