The role partners with Finance, Quality, Planning, and Manufacturing to improve cycle counts, reporting, and transaction control, while maintaining GMP-compliant records and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience operating powered industrial equipment.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of inventory discrepancies and root causes; determine corrections and preventive actions.
• Analyze ERP/warehouse activity to distinguish isolated errors from recurring process issues.
• Process and reconcile inventory adjustments in ERP with proper reason codes and approvals.
• Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory activities and follow-up actions.
• Develop inventory-control reports, dashboards, and metrics for accuracy and trends.
• Reconcile large data sets using Excel and analytics tools; present risks to stakeholders.
• Support inventory system enhancements and reporting improvements in a GMP-compliant environment.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support internal and external audits.
