Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in Greenville, SC seeks a Senior Financial Planning Analyst to partner with plant and distribution operations and to deliver critical GL and costing insights. You will support budgeting, forecasting, inventory valuation, and capital expenditure oversight to enable strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in finance/cost accounting within manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems and AI/BI analytics to improve reporting accuracy and drive

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years in finance/cost accounting, ideally in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel; ERP systems (SAP/PeopleSoft/ERPLX) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience with AI tools and BI software.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost accounting.
• Maintain standard cost structures for labor, overhead and materials.
• Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, cycle counts and valuation.
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls documentation and testing.
• Perform month‑end close, variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare financial, operational and KPI reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate audits and drive cost reduction initiatives across functions.
