Job summary

Bausch & Lomb GmbH in Lynchburg, VA is hiring a Business Analyst to support inventory management at the Lynchburg Distribution Center and Kenco 3PL. You will work with Blue Yonder, PeopleSoft, SAP, and ERP LX to process receipts, ASNs, orders, and inventory variances.

The role partners with the Inventory team, IT, and operations to resolve issues, develop Power BI dashboards, and SQL reports. Requires a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or Logistics and strong Excel, data analysis, and communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
• Experience with Blue Yonder WMS is required.
• ERP experience with PeopleSoft or SAP is required.
• Excel (advanced) experience is required.
• SQL and Power BI experience is a plus.
• Excellent, professional communications skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide monthly order status and issues reports.
• Coordinate with Infosys and site IT teams to resolve Blue Yonder issues.
• Partner with Operations to determine order status during troubleshooting.
• Generate and distribute open order reports.
• Provide monthly aging SKU reports to ROC Planning.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to update aging backorders and monitor Blue Yonder backorders.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Utilize SQL to query ERP data for analysis and reporting.
• Work with external IT to troubleshoot system issues and submit tickets.
